Please bring proof of Medicaid or NC Health Choice insurance coverage

On the first visit to our Dental Clinic, your child will need to be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian
- Child must be a resident of Durham County

Children up to 21 years of age
- If you do not have any form of insurance coverage, we will be glad to determine eligibility so you can possibly receive your dental care at a reduced rate
